How to Adjust the Versatile 3 Loop System of the HastaPada for Yoga

Easily implement the HastaPada within the three loop system.

2 stationary loops
1 adjustable loop

Using the Adjustable Loop:
1) Make a A large loop or Mandala loop
2) Glide the adjustable loop to one side of the stationary loop similar to a  lasso.
